100 Days of Joy is a community-built project — no project-specific grants, no gatekeepers, just artists making things together.

MORE DETAILS
Collaboration: Because we understand that being with other people and building human connection is a key component of Joy, we highly encourage artists to collaborate with at least one other artist. However, we do not want a collaboration requirement to prevent anyone from participating! If you would like to explore ways to collaborate with other contributing artists, please reach out to the organizers (use the Get in touch! link below).
Project Updates: Look for 100 Days of Joy emails with optional text or GroupMe. We’ll keep communication light!
Compensation: Participation is entirely voluntary and unpaid. We want to keep this simple and artist-led.
Funding: This project grew out of conversations at the Artist Thrive Summit in March 2026, and we haven’t sought outside funding. You’re absolutely welcome to seek funding for your own work independently. The one ask is that you don’t apply for funding on behalf of the project or use the project’s name, branding, or materials in any funding application. Mentioning your participation in your own artist bio or statement is totally fine. That’s just telling your story.
